Payments and Service Policies
Billing & Payments
Automatic Payments: All recurring services are billed monthly via automatic payment for your convenience.
Billing Cycle: Payments are processed at the beginning of each month.
Declined Payments: If a payment is declined, service may be paused until the issue is resolved.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for missed visits due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, locked gates, etc.). See below concerning missed visits.
Service Pauses: If you need to pause your service (e.g., vacation, temporary yard construction), please notify us in advance to adjust your billing.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No long-term contracts! If service is cancelled for a time, we will still carry out any cleanings that you have already paid for.
Weather & Missed Visits
Severe Weather: For the safety of our team, we may delay service until your next scheduled visit in cases of extreme weather (heavy snow, thunderstorms, flooding, etc.).
Missed Visits: If we are unable to access your yard due to locked gates, aggressive pets, severe weather, or other obstacles, we will return on your next scheduled visit. Refunds are not issued for missed visits because we will still be handling all waste that has accumulated at the following visit.
Holiday Adjustments: If your scheduled service falls on a major holiday, we will notify you of any adjustments.
Yard Access & Conditions
Unobstructed Access: Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured during your scheduled service time.
Property Conditions: We reserve the right to adjust service if your yard contains hazards such as sharp objects, heavy debris, or excessive standing water that may hinder our ability to safely perform the service.
Overgrown Lawns: If tall grass or debris makes pet waste harder to see, we will still do our best to clear everything we can. If any waste is missed, we will be happy to remove it once the lawn has been cut, mowed, or otherwise maintained.
